Advanced Academy

Advanced and group program is available to ages 12-18. This program for the Advanced Player who attends camp as an Individual or Group. (new) The includes players who are Club Players, ODP Players and High School Players. This program is also designed for High School and Club teams that come and to be trained as a group to improve individually and as a team.

The focus of the week is on functional technical tactically training. Developing technique and tactical awareness using the most modern soccer training methods. Almost all training is done in a game like environment under pressure of an opponent to replicate match conditions. We train the Advanced Soccer Academy Player as a total player focusing on the 3 cornerstones of the game: Technique, Tactics and Fitness (psychological fitness and physical fitness).

Each Premier Soccer Camps program is developed and designed by Founder and National Programs Director Dennis Lukens. Coach Lukens has coached in the 2008 Olympics as well as a U-12 Girls National Champion. He was Coaching Director for the Massachusetts Youth Soccer Association and currently is the only American coach working with a European Premiership Team (FC Sevastopol). Mr. Lukens has a Masters Degree in Physical Education and USSF “A” License.

The 4 components of the Game are taught at Premier Soccer Camps with the Advanced Academy Program. They include Tactics, Technique, Physical Fitness and Psycological or Mental Fitness
